She works in an event company. She has a best friend, Agasthya, who has been friends with her for a long time. They are close to each other and share everything. On an office project, she meets Dr. Ishaan Tandon. They were attracted to each other at first sight.

They date for a brief period, after which Ishaan proposes to her. Agasthya is obsessed with Pakhi and keeps track of her every move. He does not want Paki to marry Ishan. Agasthya makes an evil plan to murder Ishaan. On the day of engagement, Pakhi discovers Ishaan’s lifeless body and is shattered. Pakhi gets framed for his murder. However, Ishaan narrowly escapes death and is in a coma. Pakhi gets bail. Agasthya convinces her to marry him. Pakhi ultimately agrees and they get married. After marriage, Inspector Virat Singh who arrested Pakhi before, confronts her with suspicions regarding Agasthya. Soon Ishan comes out of a coma and reveals the truth about Agasthya. Pakhi also discovers a tracking device in her ring and realizes he has been stalking her for years.

Pakhi confronts Agasthya and she gets to know about his rough and abusive childhood. It is later revealed that Agasthya’s cousin Yug’s mother Meera is his biological mother. She hates Agasthya and physically torments him for small mistakes. She succeeds in killing Pakhi to snatch away Agasthya’s happiness. Later it is revealed that Pakhi managed to stay alive and disguised herself as Bulbul. Agasthya has become mentally unstable after losing Pakhi. She plans to infiltrate the Raichand house to take revenge on Meera. Pakhi befriends Agasthya and tries to remind him about the past. Gradually, Agasthya starts getting well. Ishaan now sides with Meera. Both Agasthya and Pakhi try to trick Meera into confessing her crimes. Pakhi and Agasthya start falling for each other again. Meera gets entrapped and confesses her crimes.
