Sandharaag is an Assamese television series that aired on channel Rengoni TV. The show’s storyline revolves around the lives of a business owner Shakuntala Devi, her sons Karthik Chaliha and Anurag Chaliha. Anurag wasn’t her own son but the son of her brother-in-law. Even then, she raised Anurag like her own son when he lost his parents. The story takes a different turn when Sandhya comes into the picture. Kartik initially does not like Sandhya, but later, he falls in love with her unabashedly. Sandhya, too, does not like Kartik's anger and reckless nature in the beautiful. With time, they both fall in love. What happens next in their love story? The rest of the show deals with that.
