The plot is about the relationship gaps developed over the years in the characters' lives due to the events they faced and the future things change for the better. It has 13 episodes directed by Marina Khan. Twenty-Seven years after the incident of Tanhaniya, Zara and Zaina married and moved to the USA. It's Zara's birthday and Saniya (Marina Khan), who hasn't heard from Zara for several years, insists on celebrating it at home with Aani, Faran, and Bibi. Everyone in the house is preparing for the return of Zara.

However, when Zain arrives with his daughters, he announces that Zara has passed away. Saniya and the rest of the family are devastated. After Saniya comes to terms with her sister's death, she wants answers from Zain, but he refuses to explain what happened to Zara. Zeniya and Serena live in Pakistan. Serena remains enthusiastic and optimistic, forming a bond with her Aunt Saniya and Bibi, wishing to stay in Pakistan as being with her loved ones makes her feel close to her mother.
