The plot centers on intense emotions of hatred and anger within a family filled with conspiracies. Afreen takes a job as a manager for rock star Azaan to support her family and care for her ill mother. Their relationship begins there, but after Afreen decides to leave, Azaan's father Umar Ali, who lusts after Afreen, convinces her to stay and schemes to marry her himself.

Throughout this period, Azaan's cousin Imran provides friendship and support to Afreen. As time passes, Afreen's professional competence and dignified character bring her closer to Azaan, and they fall in love. However, their relationship is jeopardized when Afreen's unmarried sister Maira is discovered to be pregnant. Since Maira is known to be Azaan's fan and has been seen with him multiple times, he is presumed to be the father.

Enraged at Azaan, Afreen agrees to marry the middle-aged Umar Ali. This decision leads to further trials as she faces hostility from Azaan's family and her own. Additionally, someone with malicious intent seeks revenge, threatening to destroy Afreen.
