Plot
Surya is a medical student and he is in love with Akanksha who is a soft natured girl. Surya doesn’t know anything about Akanksha. One day Surya gathers all his guts to express his love to Akanksha, she vanishes. Meanwhile, Surya had to attend a patient and her name is Shruti. Shruti has some medical disorder. While treating Shruti, Surya bonds with her and starts sharing his love story with Shruti. Surya comes to know that Shruti knows about Akanksha. Soon, he is interested in knowing about Akanksha and inquires about her to Shruti. Shruti reveals some shocking information about Akanksha. What is that? Watch the movie in theatres!
Star Performance
Sai Ronak has played a decent role and he had done well in emotional scenes. The bonding between him and his father have come out really well. Shravya has done a good job with neat expressions. Similarly, Sirisha and Naveen had done justice to their roles.
Analysis
The script has no particular concept and narration by the director lacks experience. The triangular love story by the director irritates the audiences with its poor narration, although the stars had given a good performance. The narration made their performance go in vain and a lot of scenes didn't look natural and very cinematic. The cinematography is quite ok and the editing is good. The songs and the BGM are not up to the mark. Although it is a low budget movie, the production values are pretty decent.

Masakkali has nothing, except the performance of the stars. There is no proper story, no logic and no grip in the narration. If you expect a good love story and visit the theaters, you will be disappointed.
