Plot
Veer and Priya are married and settled in the US. After Priya’s sudden death, Veer returns to India and reconnects with his family and friends. Before going to the US, Veer started a legal firm with his friend, Raghu. Veer re-joins the firm. He gets a case of a young woman whose father was wrongly connected to a case, and was imprisoned. Soon, he became entangled with the case and found it very complex. Will he get out of the case? The rest of the film deals with it.
Star Performance
Malikireddy Veer Reddy has delivered a decent performance, besides being a debutant. He handled his role with conviction. His courtroom scenes are interesting. Delhi Ganesh excelled in his role as Veer’s father. His chemistry with Veer is impressive. The rest of the stars have done what was asked.
Analysis
The film has a strong plot and a compelling screenplay. Despite the presence of a limited number of known stars, the gripping storytelling makes the audience sit and watch the film throughout. The first half is spent in establishing the characters and the second half has suspense and twists. The courtroom confrontations are shot well, making those scenes the film’s highlight. The makers stayed true to reality, without inserting commercial elements. However, there are certain distractions in the film, including the songs. If that had been avoided, the film would’ve reached a wide range of audience.
