Plot
Manoj is a middle-aged man who is yet to get married. He is a Maths teacher by profession. When he gets an alliance nearby, Raybag, where a 1000-year-old temple stands tall, fulfilling the wishes. The temple is left open only for two days a year. Manoj decides to go there before seeing the bride. His colleague, an English teacher, accompanies him. When Manoj was interested in winning the bride, his colleague explored the temple. He was informed by a priest that people who pass through an elephant idol will get their wishes fulfilled. As he is a little fat, he hesitates. However, the priest said that it is not the physical structure, but the belief, which will enable him to go through the elephant. He decides to try his luck, but gets struck. When the people around him ask his name, his reply is Mohammad Ismail. What happens next?
Star Performance
The actors are quite decent in their performances. However, at times, we can feel some inconsistency in the performances.
Analysis
The script is a bit different from the regular ones. As the story is new, we can sense something exciting coming forward. The screenplay moves at a brisk pace, and the writing is decent. The film speaks about the social issues and reality through satire. There are some feel-good moments with decent performances. At times, we can feel something preachy. The visuals are good. The editing and the BGM are decent.
