Bangalore 560023 is a sports comedy Kannada movie released in 2015. The picture is a remake of a Tamil film Chennai 600028 (2007) which was a blockbuster film. It was based on the cricket which is played on the streets in India and displays various emotions.

Plot The story is about two local cricket teams that are always in a fight to win the tournament which takes place in the street. The number in the name of the movie represents the pin code of Magadi Road, a place in Bangalore. The flick focuses on various emotions like love, hatred, rivalry, and friendship. The two teams which are shown in the movie are Cholurpalya Strikers and the Malleswaram Rockers respectively. The Cholurpalya Strikers have continually been beaten up by the Malleswaram Rockers in the tournament. Will they be able to win this time when their winning and their respect is at stake? Or it would be the same for the Cholurpalya Strikers? Thus this makes up the rest of the story.

Analysis: The flick was directed by Pradeep Raj Pradeep Raj is an Indian diretor working in the So >> Read More... . His excellent directional skills have led to the upliftment of the plot. He has created the scenes in such a manner that it looked good on screen and was liked by the people. He has tried to produce that sporty look in the script and to do so he has shot the picture at various places, which has worked in favor for him. Arun Andrews has given the background music to the movie. His music is like an icing on the cake. It has added that special charm to the script. The lyrics are great and totally go with the plot. They leave the spectators mesmerized. The tunes in the picture follow some of the original tones as in the Tamil film. The cinematography and the editing of the movie are done greatly and also increase the overall outcome of it.

The flick marks the debut of Shivani in the Kannada cinema industry. Her performance is something which will help her in getting more work in future. The casting done by the other actors is fine and was much appreciated. But the acting done by the supporting cast is not up to the mark, but the movie manages to be liked by the people. The expressions and the costumes of the star cast help in going on of the plot and totally go with the moment. The funny scenes enacted by them makes the viewers happy and laugh at their jokes.

1. The music by Andrews is great and was loved by the people who like to hear such type of songs.

2. The cinematography by K.S. Dharani was like an icing on the cake.

3. It the gone with the original plot, which is liked by the viewers.

4. There are various humorous scenes in between the story.

2. The dialogues are not well- written and do not fit with the scenes.

Everywhere in India, you will find children playing cricket on the streets or anywhere, where they get the space to play. Thus the movie could be liked by a particular kind of segment of the people who follow cricket religiously and love to play the game.
