, Rani Mukherjee is shown as a strong, determined and fearless officer. She lives with her husband Jisshu Sengupta, and her niece for whom she is very protective. She is always up for taking new challenging cases and things others cannot do easily. Her breakthrough occurs when her daughter as a girl named Pyaari gets kidnapped by a mafia and gets involved in trafficking of girl. Shivani gets involved in the case immensely. She is also offered remuneration for stopping to chase this gang of goons. Despite not knowing that gang’s name, Shivani strikes a deal to catch them in a span of 30 days. Will Shivani be successful in her mission? Watch to know.
Analysis: PradeepSarkar’s direction is par excellence. Gopi Puthran’s screenplay is fast and intense. The cinematography is great accompanied by perfect balance editing. The action scenes are well shot keeping in mind the requirements. The entire movie is based on a woman protagonist who holds the film really well. Moreover, the plot is worth talking about in today’s times where in this film throws light on such a sensitive issue.
Star Performance: Rani Mukherjee is terrific in the film. She carries off her role pretty well with no flaws in it. Tahir Bhasinis up to the mark regarding his acting. He plays the role of a villain with great dignity.
What is there?
1. Not the usual kind of a story.
2. Widely imaginative with the subplots too being well directed.
3. Fantastic screenplay.
4. Courageous songs with a good background score.
What is not there?
1. Concentration on the main role of the protagonist only.
Verdict: A film rightly made something Indian cinema needs. This film does not promise you glamour or pomp rather a simple and sober tale of the end of evil over truth.
