Plot
Shiva is a local boy, who lives in a Chawl in Mumbai and spends his time in street fights. He doesn’t lend his ears to any good ideas and suggestions for his future. Meanwhile, Aastha Tripathi moves to the same Chawl with her family. Her family is in financial trouble and hence they moved to this place. Aastha is already engaged to her father’s friend’s son. She has been doing CA too. Shiva falls for Aastha and slowly, Aastha starts loving him. What happened to them? Did Aastha’s family accept Shiva? Watch the film in theaters!
Star Performance
Meezan and Sharmin had done an excellent job.
Analysis
Although the film is a remake, the director has worked out a lot to maintain the freshness of the story and also kept the Mumbai sensibilities. The screenplay is well written and the execution is neat. The romantic scenes are added to impress the youth. The cinematography is excellent. The BGM is fantastic and it gels well with the script. The romantic songs are cool and are the visual treats. The characters are penned well. The production values are good.
