Plot
Pichku, an 8 year old kid who wanted to build a toilet for his family, refuses to use the railway tracks as the toilet. Although his dad forced him to use the track, Pichku doesn't want to spoil the public place. Did he win in his attempt to get a private toilet? Watch the movie in theatres!
Star Performance
The kids had done their role excellently well. Paoli Dam portrayed a mother and the bonding between her and her son is cute. She is perfect in her role.
Analysis
The director has brought the script that supports the central government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Although the film comes with an useful script, it doesn't have the impressive elements, except the bonding between the mother and the kid and the scenes between two kids. A lot of scenes are shot aimlessly and the slow-paced scenes irritate the audiences. The dialogues are also not impressive.

Although the film has a good script, it doesn't impress the audiences as the narration is poor and the screenplay is unimpressive. The slow narration makes the audiences to have a tedious watch. Halkaa – unimpressive!
