Plot

Alisha is a yoga instructor, Karan is her partner, and they are in a live-in relationship. Tia is Alisha’s cousin, and she is engaged with Zain, a notable businessman. When Alisha and Zain meet for the first time, they get attracted mutually. Soon, they start a new relationship. Only in the middle of their relationship do they realize the reality. Will they continue their relationship? What’s their reply to Tia and Karan? The rest of the film speaks about this.

Star Performance

Deepika Padukone has given an outstanding performance, and her eyes speak better. Siddhant has done a great job and gives a tough competition to Deepika. Their on-screen chemistry is excellent. The rest of the stars had done their best.

Analysis

The story is simple and the relationship dealt with is complicated. The right stars are chosen, and they have done an excellent job. The characters are designed well, and their mindsets and transformations are shown pretty well. Alisha’s character carried her troubled past, and Deepika understood the seriousness of the character and had involved deeply in it. The screenplay and dialogues are good. The cinematography and music are impressive. Shakun Batra has executed the film well. However, the length of the film should have been minimized a bit.
