According to reports, the title ‘Oopri’ was already registered by Raja before the makers of the film finalised it. When the makers realized this, they approached the actor to acquire the rights of the title and offered him a role in the film. The actor agreed and was hoping to get a decent part in the film. But the actor is disappointed at the end as his role wasn’t as significant as he expected. Along with the actor, his fans are disappointed as well.
