Amna Malik

Amna Malik is a Pakistani actress known primarily for In’A Different Way and Saya E Khuda E Zuljalal. She has also featured in the television series Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila.

Born on August 5, 1993, in Karachi, Pakistan, Malik did her schooling at St. Joseph’s College. Malik began her career as a model quite early. She landed her first modeling assignment with Mausummery Lawn. Later, she modeled for different fashion designers in her country.

After finding success in the modeling arena, she forayed into acting and featured in many famed television shows. However, her real break came in 2016 when she made her movie debut with Saya E Khuda E Zuljalal. Although she was cast in a supporting role in the movie, Malik received immense appreciation for her acting skills.

Aamna portrayed the character Zaynee, Sila’s cousin, in the dramatic series Dar Si Jati Hai Sila, broadcast on Hum TV. The flick tracks the historical events of the 1965 and 1971 wars that took place during the Pakistan-India partition. The movie glorifies the Pakistani martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the skirmishes.

In 2013, Malick was featured in the English movie IN’a Different Way, helmed and scripted by Rene Ortiz. Aamna portrayed the role of girlfriend in the film starring Otoja Abit, Sean Belton, Jean-Marc Berns, and Courtney C. Clark.

Malick starred in the 2016 Pakistani soap opera Meri Saheli Meri Bhabhi, telecast on Geo TV.
