Jia Ali is a Pakistani Model and Tv/ film actress. She was born in Lahore, Pakistan, on 8 September 1972. Her father's name is Saleem Abbas, and she has three siblings who are also very successful in their fields. She started working as a model at the age of 19 after being approached by a well-known designer brand, which led to her being a model and doing photoshoots for the Wrangler brand. She is now featured in Magazines and did fashion shoots for many Pakistani brands. She is an inspiration to many young women who dream of pursuing a career in the fashion industry like herself.

She made her Lollywood debut in the 1997 movie Deewane Tere Pyaar Ke. She has shown her acting prowess in many films, namely- Nakhra Gori Ka (1998), Ghar Kab Aao Gay (2000), Love Mein Ghum (2011), Saya e Khuda Zuljalal (2016). She was nominated for the 3rd Galaxy Lollywood Awards in 2017 for Best Performance in Negative role.
