 
    
    Raju Jamil, born Zulqarnain Jamil Aali, is an actor in the Pakistani entertainment industry. He is the son of Jamiluddin Aali and Begum Tayyaba Aali. He worked for UBL bank in different positions, including the senior vice president and head of social media. He retired after 42 years of service.
Since 1958, Raju has watched almost all the Pakistani films. In 1967, he debuted as an actor in a PTV drama. He has worked in more than 250 dramas, 50+ plays, and 20 stage plays in English. In 1999–2000, while working in UBL, he worked for GM Media on deputation with the Pakistan Cricket Board for the Pakistan Test Series in Australia. He turned more popular after hosting the late-night TV show Weekend with Raju Jamil. In 2004, he worked in the drama “Moorat” directed by Kamran Qureshi. In 2007, he was seen in Sarkar Sahab, Aka Evicted Lord, with Asif Raza Mir, Deeba Begum, and Madiha Iftikhar.
In late 2015, Raju, who was a member of the Governing Body of Anjuman Taraqqi e Urdu Pakistan, was elected as its president. His father, Jamiluddin, was one of the founding members of Anjuman. Aftab Ahmed, the previous president, nominated Raju as his tenure ended. In 2017, he was featured in the drama Kambakht Dil with Sehar Afzal, Farhan Malli, and Furqan Qureshi. In 2019, he worked in Anaa, featuring Hania Aamir, Farhan Ali Agha, and Usman Mukhtar. In 2020, Raju worked in the series Mere Pas Tum Ho, directed by Nadeem Baig.
