Kamran Qureshi is a TV producer and director, born on 3 October 1975. In 1992, Qureshi began his career as Digital Video Effects Designer for TV stations and advertising companies. In 1995, he joined as an Editor and Director in Telewise, a popular TV production banner. He worked in Fanta Candid Camera, Allen Soothers Boom Bastic, Teleworld's Thrill Seekers, Cheer Up, Voyage of Discovery by John Player Gold Leaf, Har Dam Tayyar on Military Forces by Embassy, and Ariel Mothers by Procter and Gamble.
In 2003, he made his first telefilm, Murad, which brought him the Best Director and Best Telefilm Award at Indus Telefilm Festival. He won seven awards for his first TV movie series Maa Aur Mamta in Indus Drama Awards. He made 12 more TV Films under the name "Maa Aur Mamta," penned by Zafar Mairaj.
Beyond the Silence of the Sea, John Player's Gold Leaf Food Street Concert, Sons of Soil, Power of the Sea, Meharun Nisa, Flying Tigers, Mannat, Masoom, Mazloom, Muskaan, Mehak, Mahinder Singh, Those 70 days, Pianist Reborn, Muhafiz and Waiting are some of his directorial ventures.
