Hannan started his career as a Makeup Artist in June 2009 at 360 Degrees. He then worked at the STEP Institute as a Makeup Artist Trainer in July 2010. Hannan moved to Thailand in January 2016 to work as a Freelance Makeup Artist for ELCA Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. In January 2017, Hannan moved back to Pakistan to take on the role of a Creative at Dessange International.

Hannan moved to New York in January 2019 to work as a Beauty Advisor and Color Consultant at Sephora. He then joined as a Hairstylist with Serge Normant at John Frieda in September 2019. In March 2022, Hannan moved to David Mallet – Le Salon as a Hairstylist. Hannan’s work is featured in many international advertising campaigns and magazines like GQ, Vogue, Grazia, and Hello.
