Nausheen Dadabhoy is a young and renowned Pakistani American cinematographer and director. Born on 1 May 1982, Nausheen has worked in numerous narratives and documentary films like J’adore Nawal, Armed with faith (Emmy Award-Winning film), War to be her, and conscience Point. It cannot be lucky every time she has given such incredible projects to her; this is her hard work that has compelled opportunities to knock on her door, once, twice, and thrice. Nausheen’s projects were displayed at numerous festivals, on Netflix, AFI Fest, and a prestigious newspaper AL Jazeera.
Nausheen is not among those who satisfy themselves with success and sit idle the other days; Nausheen is among those who keep on hustling, even when the peak is reached. If you jump for the moon and fall, you will still land among the stars. Nausheen’s actions reflect this quote from every aspect. Nausheen also worked for her independent projects, like; A Firelight Fellow, a Chicken, Egg Eggcelerator, and more. Nausheen’s work gained world-class recognition, especially in Pakistan, where she set an example for all women by becoming the first female cinematographer. Nausheen’s other interests include archery, reading superhero comic books, and urban exploration. Nausheen is currently working on a project named Act of Worship. We hope all the upcoming projects bring more success to her, and she keeps on inspiring everyone by setting an example.
