Prabh Gill is a Punjabi singer, actor, and lyricist. He was born on 23 December 1984 in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He went to Khalsa College in Ludhiana, and to get his University degree, he went to Kendra Chandigarh University, Mohali, where he majored in Music. He has a musical environment in his family. And after then, he came up with his second single, "Mere Dil Di Tu Jaane," in 2009. It was also a hit and helped him gain popularity online. Getting encouraged by all the positive responses to his songs, he decided to come up with produced songs “Haan Karde” and “Hostel 1.” The songs were super hit and still rule over the audience's hearts. He debuted with his first album "Endless" in 2012. Times Music released the album.

The album has a song called “Notorious Jatt” which became a global hit and was even played on BBC. He has an influence on the youth of the country, and so using that to the best of his advantage, he sang "Jawani Punjab," through which he tried to convey a message to the youths of Punjab, that they shouldn't waste their precious years in drugs and alcohol.
