Ram Babu Gurung is a Nepalese director, writer, actor, and producer. He is well-known for his work in Nepali cinema. He is working as a Managing Director at Cinema Art Private Limited. His nickname is Ram. Ram Babu Gurung’s place of birth is Rumjatar, Okhaldhunga district, in the Sagarmatha Zone of Nepal. He completed his school education from Rumjatar Higher Secondary School. Later, he studied further from Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus, Nepal.

Ram Babu Gurung worked as a director in the community-based fiction film, “Anagarik” in 2006. He marked his directorial debut with the highly acclaimed commercial film called “Kabaddi” in 2013.
