Nandkishore Kalgutkar is a public relations officer in the film and TV industry. He is known and regarded highly for his work in the Marathi film industry and Bollywood. He had worked as a publicity head for many Marathi films in the 70s, 80s and 90s. He also worked as a journalist, writing film news in a colorful manner. Kalgutkar worked remarkably as a publicity director for Dada Kondke's Pandu Havaldar, Tumcham Aamcham Jamalam, Ramram Gangaram, Muka Ghya Muka, Sasarchan Dhotar, etc. He worked and managed the popularity of several hit Marathi movies such as Cursed, Next Step, Navri Mume Navreya, Gammat Jammat, Maja Pati Crorepati, Sawat Maji Ladki, Chakke Panje, Dhumakuol, Bundalbaaz, Ekhe Ek, Nai Chai Chai Nai, Jeeva Sakha, Anuradha, Lapandav.

He is also known for managing publicity of Marathi films like Sinhasan, Nai Chai Chai Nai, Neighbor Neighbor and Dhumakul. He has also worked for a few Hindi movies. He worked as a public relations manager for Bollywood films like Tere Mere Bich Mein and Aage Ki Soch. At one time, he was popularly known as the head of popularity for Marathi films. He passed away on 20th August 2019 at the age of 84 at his residence in Malad, Mumbai.
