Raja Nawathe was a renowned producer, director, and assistant director of Indian movies. He was born on October 14th, 1942, in Ratnagiri, Bombay Residency, British Raj. After this, Raja Nawathe directed another movie, "Basant Bahar" in 1956.
This film contributed to his career, as it earned the "Certificate of Merit for Best Feature Film in Hindi" This notable award is a National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. Raja Nawathe worked actively in the movie industry from 1948 to 1973. Within those years, he directed and produced many films of different themes, including romantic comedies, suspense thrillers, and others. His productions were known to have outstanding theme songs.
