After this, Raja Nawathe directed another movie, "Basant Bahar" in 1956.

This film contributed to his career, as it earned the "Certificate of Merit for Best Feature Film in Hindi" This notable award is a National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. Raja Nawathe worked actively in the movie industry from 1948 to 1973.
