Disha Padeshi is a famous television actress and a movie actress. She hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. She did her schooling in Mumbai and pursued graduation in Mass Media at Mumbai University. From a very young age, she started learning Kathak. She has been dancing for about thirteen years and won the prestigious National award for her exceptional dancing skills. She, at a very young age, joined the theatre as a child artist to hone her skills in acting. Then she commenced her career as a model.

Her first assignment was for a make-up brand known as Bharat and Dorris. She worked in several soap operas. She collaborated with Maharashtra’s leading jewelry brand, Ranka Jewellers. Recently in May 2022, on the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa, she collaborated in a pan-India campaign that has the theme of showcasing the traditional side of Marathi women. She also collaborated with popular brands like Arena Jewellers, Bharat Petroleum, Big Bazar, Pantaloons, Spash Salon, Axis Bank, Mc Donalds, and many more. She also did brand shoots for Biba and Kashish. Her first movie debut was Prem Pahil Vahil. She made her television debut in Zee Marathi’s show Waaras. She is also seen playing the role of Niharika in Star Pravah’s show Swabhiman Shodh Astitvacha.
