Sarika A. Gupta is an Indian Producer, Video Strategist, Content Creator, Film and Video Production Specialist, and Research Scholar. Her full name is Sarika Gulati Gupta. Sarika A. Gupta was born and raised in the city of Jalandhar in Punjab. She is married to Ashish Gupta, who is the Head of Production at Zee Media Corp Ltd. The couple have a daughter together. Sarika A. Gupta is very well educated. She has a bachelor’s degree in science from Guru Nanak Dev University with a specialization in Electronics. Sarika A. Gupta has two master’s degrees. One in Applied physics from the University of Punjab with a specialization in Electronics and an MBA in Marketing with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the same university.

Sarika A. Gupta first started working as a Marketing Manager at Ranbaxy Laboratory Ltd. From there, she went on to work with many other big brands, such as Usv Private Limited, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. In 2014, Sarika A. Gupta joined Essel Group, which is a part of Zee Group, as a Marketing Head. After working in the media industry, Sarika A. Gupta, along with her husband and a few others, decided to start their own production company- Reel on Social. Sarika A. Gupta is the CEO of this company, while her husband is the creative director. Through Reel on Social, she has worked with TV18, ZEEL, TV Today, Sony, Star, and production houses such as Balaji Telefilms, Vishesh Films, Film Kraft, Red Chillies Entertainment, and event management companies such as Cineyug Worldwide, White Leaf Entertainment, Seagram's, Essel Group,

To help her with her career, Sarika A. Gupta did courses in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore and the Indian School of Business. Sarika A. Gupta is also a research scholar and academician. She has a Ph.D. in Business Management and a second Ph.D.in Happiness at Workplaces from the All India Management Association (AIMA)-AMU). Sarika A. Gupta has worked in the film industry as well and was a co-producer for the film ‘Zol Zaal’ (2020). As an individual, she is interested in giving back to society and has volunteered as a Workplace Well-being Consultant at The Pranic Healing Institute for Inner Studies. She is also the Director and President of Women and Girls Lead, which is a non-profit civil rights organization.
