Kim Kang-hoon is a South Korean child actor who was born in Cheongju on June 7, 2009. He started his acting debut at the age of four on a television program and made his official acting breakthrough one year later. The young actor was casted in several projects due to his endearing appearance and exceptional acting abilities. He made his television breakthrough in 2013 on MBC's every1 entertainment show named "오늘부터엄마아빠." 

He rose to fame as a child actor for his portrayal as little “Choi Eugene” in the 2018 television drama "Mr. Sunshine." He also garnered a lot of praise for his role as “Kang Pil-Gu”, the son of “Oh Dong Baek”, in KBS2's drama “When the Camellia Blooms,” which aired in 2019. The young actor impressed audiences across the country with his acting ability in a variety of projects. “Lucid Dream”, “Cheese in the Trap”, and “Metamorphosis” are just a few of his works.

 He has been in several other dramas, including Pride and Prejudice, Criminal Minds Criminal Minds is an American police crime fiction >> Read More... , Clean with Passion for Now, Kingdom (season 2), 18 Again, Start-Up, Mr. Queen, and others. He has also served as a special MC at the KBS Drama Awards in 2020. As a participant, he competed in “King of Mask Singer”. Several awards were bestowed upon him and he was also nominated for a few.  In the film "When the Camellia Blooms" Kim Kang-hoon received the “Best Young Actor” award. In addition to it, "King of Mask Singer," "Those Who Cross the Line," and "Omniscient Interfering View" won him the “Rookie Award” in the Variety Category – Male.
