Snehal Sahai or Snehal Sahay is a Hindi television comic actor. She is famous for her role in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, which is a very popular Indian soap opera. The show aired on Zee TV for a total of 700 episodes. The show has received many awards and nominations. The show was also aired on Romania National TV for a total of 300 episodes. She also acted in Sasural Simar Ka in which she played the role of a girl who has a Ph.D in cooking but still cooks horribly.

She says that their common interest binds them together.  Giri designs infrastructure for banks and works at a multi-national company, he is also a fitness freak and visits gym every day.

Snehal is a foodie but does not like to cook and Kiran is a great cook so they both make a good couple. In an interview, she said she is a hardcore non-vegetarian. Her all time favorite dish is Chicken pasta with white sauce. To keep herself fit and avoid getting starved, the actress eats healthy food and takes small meals after every 2 hours.

She was also seen in one of the very popular and long running TV show, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki on Sahara One. She played the character of Dolly in the serial. Her role in the show was very versatile. In the beginning, her role was more on the comic side and gradually turned into a negative one. Later on, her character takes a positive side too. But she left the show as she thought she was too young to play the role as Dolly who was portrayed as a 40 year old woman in the serial.
