A severe crisis arises in her life due to mistaken identities for her as well as her husband and she spends her life sorting out the issues. The role played by Neelu in the serial was small but challenging and caught the attention of viewers and she was appreciated as  an actress with high potential. It was one of the longest serials on Indian TV screen with nearly a run of more than six years.
