Meenakshi Gupta is an India TV serials actress. She has appeared in many family drama shows like ‘KiseApnaKahein..’, ‘MehandiTereNaam Ki’, etc. She is the leading lady of Sahara One serial, ‘KiseApnaKahein’. Meenakshi plays the role of Noor, a rich and educated girl in this serial. The first episode of the show aired on 26th May 2003. The story of ‘Kise Apna Kahein’ is about the life of Noor and Arshad. After a few days of marriage, Noor finds it a loveless connection with her husband and realizes that her groom married her only for her wealth.

Famous director Inderjeet directed the show. Gupta was a part of the show ‘MehandiTereNaam Ki’, telecast on Zee TV. Meenakshi Gupta’s character,Kajol, is one of the four daughter of Mr. Jayant Malik and Mrs. Shradha Malik. These two roles were played by Satyan Kappu and popular Bollywood actress, ArunaIrani. It is a typical Indian show in which the couple is living in a wretched condition with their four daughters. All the daughters are unmarried and their parents are trying to find the perfect match for them.

The show was also produced by ArunaIrani and this was the reason the serial gained more popularity among the viewers. Meenakshi had been nominated for Best Beti Award in the Indian Telly Awards. The show also grabbed many awards in different TV Award shows.
