Subhnarayan Jha

Shubh is a famous actor in the theatre, Maithili films, and serials. Shubh started to work in theatre when he was 13 years old at school. He played the role of Shylock in the Tale of Antonio. He also become part of various school, college and village plays. He completed his post-graduation from the Patna University. He also worked with theatre Bhavna Kala Mandir at Delhi. Shubh also produced a movie, “Hum Nahin Jayeb Piya Ke Gaam,” in which he plays the role of Brajbanshi Kala. He is also made an album of a famous song “Albela Dulha,” which was originally sung by Manoj Tiwari.

Shubh is also associated with various telefilms showcased on DD1 such as “Utthan,” which was owned by Ministry of panchayat. Shubh also believes in providing help to the needy people and is associated with different groups and organisations such as Nataraj, Mithilangan and Malorang Natha Group. He acted in various films and serials such as “Khurlucchi,” which was released on 5 February 2012 and was directed by Manoj Kumar Jha, “Dear Bhauj,” in which he plays the role of Samadi Kaka.
