Ashutosh Kulkarni was born on 6 July 1983 in Pune. His child aspirations were towards science and he graduated in Social Sciences and Sociology from Pune's Fergusson College. In his school days he participated in Pune's experimental theater and also performed at the State level competitions which helped him develop and improve his acting skills. He moved to Mumbai to become an actor, and at first he wanted to learn all the aspects in the film creation, such as lighting and direction, the feel of camera and floor movements. Most of his TV and film engagements are in Marathi, although he participated in a lead role in the Hindi TV show called Bure Bhi Hum Bhale Bhi Hum. Ashutosh has performed voice over for a lot of radio serials on Pune Akashwani. This young actor and anchor has been very successful in every role he plays, performing with great confidence and acting discipline.
