Raghav Meattle is an Indian Singer-songwriter. Born on December 3, he describes his music style as Vocal First because of the incredible detail in lyrics and melodies. His core music lies in guitar acoustics, as that is how he writes his songs. His debut album, Songs From A Matchbox, earned good recognition and was featured in The Best Indian Albums Of 2018 by Rolling Stone India. Which also landed him on the list of The Best Indie Debut Artists Of 2018 by A Humming Heart, one of the songs making it to Apple Music's daily hits. He did an album tour - The Matchbox Tour, after its release. He performed at various locations like Goa, Mumbai, Kolkata, etc.
The highlight of the term was that the performances were in living rooms rather than any café, bar, or auditorium. He made a community- Conemunity on Instagram where he would talk and interact with aspiring musicians during the global pandemic. He has written many songs and received great responses for independent releases in an otherwise Bollywood-loving audience. Along with his English releases like City Life, Cold Cold Night, etc., his Hindi songs like Parchayi, Ho Jane Do, Woh Saat Din, and others entered the spotlight as well.
