Keerthi Sagathia

Keerthi Sagathia is one of the well-known singers, songwriters, and musicians in the Bollywood film and music industry. He is well known for his wonderful contributions in the artistic field of music. He is the man behind one of the famous and award winning song ‘Satyamev Jayate’ for the show with the same name which was hosted by Aamir Khan.

He was born on the 14th of September in the year 1979 in the city of Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. He was born to Karsan Sagathiya one of the most well-known folk singers in the history of the Gujarati Folk Music industry. Born into such a family with a lineage of musicians, Keerthi was bound to follow his instincts into the field of music.

In the year 2005, Keerthi decided to contest in a reality television show based on music searching for new talents. Some of his best-known works are ‘Mujh Mein Tu’ in the film ‘Special 26,' the song, ‘Nakkadwale Disco Udhaarwale Khisko’ from the film ‘Delhi Belly,' the famous A. R. Rahman directed song ‘Maiya Maiya’ from the film ‘Guru’, and ‘Boom Boom Robo Da’ from ‘Endhiran’ also directed by A. R. Rahman.
