Nicole Faria

Nicole Faria is an Indian supermodel and an actress born on 9 February 1990 in Bangalore, Karnataka. Faria is also the first women from India to win the Miss Earth title. Nicole is the daughter of Ian Faria who works as a corporate trainer. Faria did her higher secondary education from Sophia High School in Bangalore. Faria did her graduation in PUC from Christ College and BA from Mount Caramel College, Bangalore. Faria was crowned with Miss India Earth Title at Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2010 in Mumbai.

She also won the Miss Talent award held in the same event. Faria raised VND100 million dollars by gracefully performing belly dance with the fusion of Oriental and Middle Eastern style. She was declared the winner of the title among 84 other finalists.

Faria was also given space in fashion magazines like Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. Faria also walked on the ramp of Lakme Fashion Week, Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week and Colombo Fashion Week during her reign. Faria was chosen the global brand ambassador of Luxury watch maker Frederique Constant’ in June 2011 at Mumbai. She was also the host of an event at Mazzucchelli’s flagship jewelry store. Faria made her debut as an actress in Bollywood with the lead role as Jiya in film Yaariyan 2014. Faria also bagged the space in the renowned Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar 2014 featuring one of the models.
