Neelu Sodhi is an Indian-American actor. She was born in Pune and spent her years growing up between India and Connecticut, USA. She did her graduation in Economics and Internation Studies from the University of Connecticut and landed a job in Finance in Trust Company of the West. She wanted to be an actor ever since she was young. Following her dreams, she got herself enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Institute, New York Film Academy, and was coached under Wynn Handman. She acted in several commercials, including Lancome, and AT&T, and was featured in the artist Lady Gaga’s music video.
She did a Women’s Rights Advocacy video directed by Jason Stefaniak called This is My Body. Her debut film is English Vinglish Click to look into! >> Read More... which was released in 2012, where she played the role of Meera. She also did a short film in 2011 titled Occasional Justice, where she was the character named Carey. Her favourite movies are Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, 3 Idiots, and Barfi.
