Elisha Kriis, born Elisha Patel, is an Indian and American film actress and television personality. Kriis was born on 23rd November 1992 in Godhar, Gujarat. She was raised in Gujarat by her mother, Bhagwati Patel, and father, Jahanhir Patel, both served as former judges of Gujarat. She has appeared in American, Hindi and Telugu films. Kriss completed her Bachelor of Business and Administration from Maharajah Sayajirao, University of Vadodara. She enrolled in a studio training program in Mumbai. She is also a brilliant speaker, and many institutions have invited her as a speaker to motivate students about education and empowerment.
Kriis gave her first performance when she was in her fourth grade and later, she also became a part of drama which was chosen to be aired by DD1, India's largest broadcasting network. During her bachelor's, she won many fashion and beauty contests sponsored by well-known brands, such as Pantaloons and Westside. She is also an anchor, hosting many events in her college. After her education in Vadodara, she moved to Mumbai to pursue her acting career, She started her career as a host for India's international travel channels such as Travel Trendz and NDTV Good Times. Kriis starred in 2017, a movie titled Broder Cross, based on Human Trafficking in the United States.
In 2018 she featured in an independent film titled Body of Sins. In 2019, she joined hands with Ken Kragen’s around the world climate campaign. In 2020, she was seen in a Gujarati Travel Short Havmore Passport. In 2021, she hosted a pre-Oscar titled Hollywood Unlimited for Disney’s Oscar awards. Kriss has also appeared in the Hindi action movie Zanjeer and the Telugu movie Toofan. Kriis started her own production company, named Tigresses Pictures in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The primary focus of the company is to make inspirational films. Her first was Barefoot Warriors, an original story that was conceived by her. In 2022 Kriis was an assistant producer for a film titled Highway Nights. She also hosted and directed a documentary titled “Fruit of Life” which was based on a woman who successfully beat breast cancer.
