Tony Singh, a Scottish chef, from Leith based in Edinburgh has graduated from Telford College with an OND in Hotel Management. The Master chef of Great Britain, Singh is a part of the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Academy of Culinary Arts and has worked in this industry for more than 22 years. He opened a bistro called Tony’s Table and was the Chef Patron at the Oloroso. Moreover,in the past he has been the owner of the best Indian restaurant named Roti in Scotland.
In 2014, Tony launched a book called Tasty and also opened a restaurant in Glasgow with the same name. He was seen on BBC’s Great British Menu ( Series 3, 5, and 6) and on Ready Steady Cook (2008).
In 2013, along with Cyrus Todiwala, they presented their own cookery show titled The Incredible Spice Men and also released a book on the same. .
