Tony Singh, a Scottish chef, from Leith based in Edinburgh has graduated from Telford College with an OND in Hotel Management. The Master chef of Great Britain, Singh is a part of the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Academy of Culinary Arts and has worked in this industry for more than 22 years. He opened a bistro called Tony’s Table and was the Chef Patron at the Oloroso. Moreover,in the past he has been the owner of the best Indian restaurant named Roti in Scotland.

 In 2014, Tony launched a book called Tasty and also opened a restaurant in Glasgow with the same name. He was seen on BBC’s Great British Menu ( Series 3, 5, and 6) and on Ready Steady Cook (2008).

 In 2013, along with Cyrus Todiwala, they presented their own cookery show titled The Incredible Spice Men and also released a book on the same. .

Tony Mirrcandani also credited as Tony Mirchandani is an Indian actor, writer and dubbing artist who has showcased his immense acting skills both domestically and internationally. The former Calcutta University student trained both acting and voice in Mumbai. During the year 1996,Tony Mirrcandani took the big decision of taking acting as a full-time career choice and stepping into the Bollywood industry. Uttam Mohanty

Uttam Mohanty is a famous Ollywood (Odia films) actor who rose to prominence after his first film in Odia screen. He is still the most popular actor in the Odia screen, but now he plays only character role as per his age and outlook.  Uttam Mohanty was the superstar of the 1980's. He dominated the screen hero image during the seventies and eighties when he appeared in the leading role. His first film was ‘Abhiman’(1977) which was a big hit. He gave audition for this film and was selected by director Sadhu Meher to play the lead role in the film. After that Uttam became the most bankable star of the era, delivering a succession of box office successes with movies like 'Tapasya', 'Ram Balram', 'Nijhum Ratira Sathi’, ‘Chinha Achhinha’, etc. Later, he paired up with actress Mahasweta Ray in ‘Pati Patni’ and the film was a hit. The pairing of Uttam-Mahasweta worked and together they gave Odia audiences some memorable films on the silver screen. While working on sets, Uttam decided to marry Mahaswata but this love story was not a success, and they got separated, Later, he acted with another actress Aparajita Mohanty and their pair too was a real hit on the silver screen.The two did a string of films after that, and their on-screen venture was appreciated by mass audiences Later, he married actress Aparajita, and now they have a son.  Uttam had been at the top for nearly two decades and played various roles with other actresses like Anita, Rachana Banerjee, Baisali, Tandra, Deepa, and Sujata.  Later, Uttam Mohanty reached a stage when he gave up playing hero roles and started playing character roles. After 1995, he was always seen accepting character roles. He also acted in TV series. Now his son Babushan had made his impact in Odia films.  Uttam’s 24-year old son got married to his old friend Tripti on July 2014. Uttam Mohanty has acted in over 124 Odia films and 30 Bengali films to date. He also acted in one Hindi film. The actor was born in Odisha.
