Swati Kain

Swati Kain is an Indian model and fitness enthusiast. Her full name is Swati Kain Mahajan. Kain was born in 1989 in New Delhi, India. She is a Yoga teacher and content creator. She specialises in Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Sports. She has proficiency in three languages, including English, Hindi and Spanish. She has studied at Holy Child Auxilium School, New Delhi. Kain completed her Bachelor of Arts in the course B.A. History (Hons) from Hindu College, University of Delhi in 2010. Her postgraduate diploma was from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Yogic Science and Philosophy in 2011. She did a teacher’s training course from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams and Centres, Kerala, India in December 2011.

Kain was a yoga Instructor and camp leader for over a hundred female cyclists, in the Youth Hostel Association of India, New Delhi, in 2011, in which she went along with the team of YHAI National Himalayan Mountain Biking Expedition 2011 for Girls. She has conducted live classes in Yoga for people from all over the world. In the contest, she was selected as Lakme Femina Miss Eyeconic Eyes and crowned Femina Miss Iron Maiden. Kain then received the opportunity to represent India at Miss Heritage World 2013. It was held in Harare, Zimbabwe in which she was the first runner-up. She then turned to Yoga completely, by teaching Yoga and Pilates at YogEssencce Yoga Studio for four years, where she gave group classes, one-on-one sessions, therapy and corporate classes. Kain was also a Yoga instructor and content writer for Tata Sky Ltd for two years till January 2017 in Mumbai. She hosted and trained people in five episodes of video content titled Yoga For Supermodels. Kain did freelance Yoga content writing for Hindustan Times till 2019. She has been a Yoga teacher at Brilliant Wellness since 2016.
