Milan Barsopia

Milan Barsopia is lead social media & digital marketing at Reliance Jio and former brand manager at TVF. He was born on 4 November 1988, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. He studied at St. R D Govani High School, Sepedi (2001-2004), went to Shree Bhagwastsinhji High School, Dhoarji (2004-2006), and completed his schooling in HSC (Science).

He graduated from the NR Vekariya Institute of Pharmacy and Research Centre (2006-2010) in Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Later he did his MBA in Marketing & Information Technology at Saurashtra University, Rajkot (2011-2013). He moved to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in 2014.

Topping off his marketing skills is his proficiency at content marketing, key account management, creative writing, SOP, media planning, market research, and marketing strategy with 9+ years of experience. He enjoys Coldplay & Vaibhav Bundho’s music. He also enjoys TV shows like F.R.I.E.N.D.S & True Detective. His best-loved book artist is John Gray. His favorite films include “In Her Shoe” & “Baar Baar Dekho (Indian).” He speaks three different languages including, English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

He served as a field sales officer at Intas for a year and worked as a product executive at Ban Labs LTD for two years (2013-2014). Later, he worked at Veeda Clinical Research as executive marketing (2014-2015). In 2015, he joined TVF and worked as a social media manager for two years and was a brand manager (2017-2018), in charge of leading digital marketing campaigns for Jio media apps such as Jio Cinema, Jio TV, Jio Music, Jio Mags, Jio News, and Jio Xpress New.

Currently, he is in charge of leading marketing campaigns from development to roll out & analysis at Reliance Jio.He was married to Megha Milan Barsopia on 7 February 2018. He volunteered at the Children Health service awareness campaign to spread awareness.
