Rishi Dogra is a multi-faceted person who is involved in the entertainment business. He had been an actor, director cum showrunner before making it to the marketing business. He studied B.com at the Savitribai Phule Pune University and PGDM at the Indian School of Business.
In 2005, he founded X-Factor Media Consulting. In 2008, he started freelancing as a strategic advisor. In 2010, he joined Pepsico as a digital marketing consultant. In 2011, he became the marketing manager at Pepsico, and in 2012, he became the general manager. In 2014, he became the Head of Digital at Pepsico. In 2015, he joined Babajob as the chief marketing officer. In 2016, he joined NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd as the chief marketing officer. In 2018, he joined Disney Star as a VP & Commissioning Editor in the Content Studio. In 2022, he joined Accel as the marketing partner in Bangalore.
