Aisha Faizan

IdeaRack is a production company that Aisha Faizan co-founded. She worked for a small market research start-up and provided services to businesses like Reliance Retail, TVs, Unilever, etc., before co-founding her own company. She had an innate sense of business. I've always wished to start my own business. It was her motivation, more than a passion or a dream. She began working as a public relations specialist at the recently established Ryan Global School after completing her management studies with a marketing concentration. She worked with the brand to scale it and achieve 200% growth in less than a year. Following her employment there, she worked for a small market research start-up and provided services to companies such as Reliance Retail, TVs, Unilever, and others. She soon became the leader of 53 cities in India for Reliance Retail.

In 2012, she seized the chance to start her advertising agency, Skywalker Advertising & Marketing Solutions, which provided services to domestic and foreign brands as the digital landscape was developing and just leaving its infancy stage and expanding its presence into every aspect of society. Mr. Saeed, her business partner, started IdeaRack Private Limited after leaving his well-known job. Both were excited to find a place to pursue their creative endeavors, bring their visions to reality, and share their tales across platforms. She was fortunate enough to be raising a toddler at the time, so she was exposed to a lot of animated entertainment. Both were excited to take advantage of the opportunity when Sony Yay approached them.
