Utsav Bhagat is a film editor in Hindi film industry. He was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He completed his higher secondary education at The Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly High School. He then went to study advertising at UPG College, Mumbai. He worked as an editor in many television advertisements. He also worked as an editor in Red Chilies Entertainment. Then he switched his job to being an assistant editor in some of the Bollywood movies.
