Varun Tandon is an award-winning and highly talented director who works independently in the Hindi film industry. He is known for his amazing short films.
In 2012, he released his first short film called Noor. A romantic story of the historical times. In 2017, he released his finest work to date, a short film called Syaahi. Written and directed by Varun himself, it is a story about a young boy who goes on a journey to climb a mountain with his classmates, for which he pays for by selling his father’s manuscripts. For this movie, Varun became the youngest director ever to win the National Award.
