Jasleen Kaur is a filmmaker and editor from Vancouver, Canada. She graduated from Capilano University with a Bachelor of Motion Picture Arts Degree Program. Jasleen is also a member of the Canadian Cinema Editors and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television. She directed the sci-fi short Perfect Daughter, which won a grant from BIPOC TV & Film's Reel Work Filmmaking Initiative and produced the Blumhouse movie Pharma Bro in 2021. She served as an editor and post-production supervisor for the Mark Wahlberg-produced series Run This City on Roku and Who Let the Dogs Out (Crave), which had its premiere at SXSW 2019. She was chosen to be a member of the second cohort of Women in Post, presented by Netflix. It is an initiative of the Canadian Academy that aims to remove obstacles to access and promotion for women and non-binary professionals working in the post-production sector.
