Nishant Bhatt

Nishant Bhatt is a renowned choreographer who had participated in quite a few dance reality shows on Indian TV channels and had taken part three times in ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ show (Sony TV). This choreographer shot to instant fame with Sony TV's prominent dance reality showJhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He was part of the show with the dancing stars as Ankita Lokhande’s professional partner. After participating in some reality dance shows and showing his skill as a choreographer, he took up acting too seriously.

It is reported that his friends suggested him to be part of acting jobs, and it is his friend's suggestions that helped him to give a try! Thus, the choreographer-turned- actor Nishant got selected for a TV series”Gumrah". It may be noted that “Gumrah: End of Innocence is an Indian television series which deals with crime perpetrated by youth. This was telecasted on channel V India under the banner of Balaji Telefilms which is headed by Ekta Kapoor.

This was hosted by Karan Kundra who was the host for the three season of the show. Nishant Bhatt felt proud to be associated with the show as it was in collaboration with Karan Kundra who was once his known friend in the industry. Nishant played the role of a small character in “Gumrah,” he was seen as part of few friends who murders the girl with whom he shared an intimate moment. Earlier too in 2011-2012, Nishant Bhatt also made his debut in acting in the character of the choreographer for Life OK's show "Aasman Ke Aage" which was a show based on the art forms of dance.

It was a Sagan Art's new fiction show on Life OK. Although he tired his cards for acting, he was more successful as a choreographer. Later on, choreographer Nishant Bhatt gave the dance lessons for Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit's online dance academy DancewithMadhuri.com. Last year, he and his colleague Shampa Gopikrishna hosted a two-day workshop in March 2017. This choreographer is from Mumbai.
