Vaishnavi Patawardhan is an Indian model and actress. She was one of the finalists at the prestigious Miss India Miss India was a TV serial that was aired on Doord >> Read More... beauty pageant in 2016. Vaishnavi grew up in the city of Pune, Maharashtra. She pursued a degree in law at the Fergusson College at Pune, while also chasing after numerous projects in the fashion industry. Her passion for modeling called out to her more strongly than her career as a lawyer, and she took a break from her education for two years to take up modeling professionally. She trained at one of the most renowned pageant schools under the coach, Ritika Ramtri. Vaishnavi took part in several music videos as well as brand advertisement shoots. She featured in commercials for Kalyan Jewellers, Livon Hair Serum, and Godrej Interiors. She is also a regular blogger with a wide fan following for her longstanding fitness, travel, and lifestyle site. Her blogging sparked off her initial interest in fashion.

She went on to participate in the Miss Earth India contest in 2015 and was the first runner up at the event. She was then chosen to be a part of the FBB Femina Miss India contest in 2016 and won her place as one of the finalists.
