Sanjeev Mehta

Sanjeev Mehta is known for his choreography. He has choreographed many Hindi songs. He started learning dance when he was small. He was born and brought up in a middle-class business family. He was a great performer. He has an artistic vision and creative mindset. He started his workshop with four students at Dhanau. He moved to Vapi, Umergaon, Sanjan, Valsad and Palghar to expand his career. Then he moved to Mumbai. He wanted to be a part of Bollywood. He shifted his family and business to Mumbai for a new journey. His first studio was in Mumbai. He has opened several studios at Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Vashi, Panvel and Bandra. He is also an actor, writer and film director. There were also setbacks in his career. His faith in God always helped him to keep going. He always positively takes challenges. His challenges taught him to heal his mind and body. He took dance as an instrument to heal minds and bodies of people. This has helped many dancers to recover from injuries. He started to combine fitness and dance to serve people. He shared his artistic vision with many celebrities and doctors. He is the founder and director of SMEAD (Sanjeev Mehta’s Elegant Dance Academy). He is a Dance Director, Fashion Choreographer, Fitness Instructor and Event Organizer. He gives training in Western, Folk and Filmy dance styles. Sanjeev Mehta is also a member of the Indian Films Dance Director Association.
