Throughout her upbringing, she lived in several houses and experienced the impact of every house. Even from childhood, she knew that every house has its unique energy and vibes. In 1995, she completed her schooling in Meerut. After completing her higher education, she completed her 4-year interior design degree in 1999. In 2003, she met with her spiritual guru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, who is the founder of the world's largest NGO, the Art of Living Foundation. With his guidance, she started taking spiritual practices and training through the Art of Living Foundation. In 2007, she became a faculty member within the organization.

Since 2009, she appeared in several national news channels and devotional TV channels, including MH1 Shraddha, India TV, Sadhana, Divya TV, and NDTV. Through these media appearances, she spread the understanding and awareness of Vastu Principles. In 2012, the Builders Council of India gave her the Vastu Consultant of the Year award. In 2013, he got the BCI National Award for the Best Vastu Consultant. She gained The Prestigious Glory of India 2015 for Vastu Shastra, awarded by the Builders' Council of India.

In 2017, she won the Albert Schweitzer Award 2017 by the Barasat Human Welfare Foundation. She got the Global Achiever's Award 2018 for Eminent Vastu Consultant in Dubai. In 2019, she achieved the Bharat Gaurav Award 2019 by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. Of India. In 2023, she got SUSHMA SWARAJ AWARD 2023 for Women Achievers Presented by Bhartiya Janta Party.
