Amey Nadkarni is an assistant director in the Hindi film industry. He finished his bachelor's in commerce at Sathaye College. He is married to Garima Matta. After earning a diploma in cinema & television direction from the Digital Academy in Mumbai, Amey Nadkarni started his career as a filmmaker in 2006 with Ms. Pooja Bhatt-directed Dhokha. After eight years, he worked as a first assistant director in 2014 with the romantic comedy Loveshhuda. From then, Amey has worked as a first assistant director on eight feature films, including two foreign productions. He thinks the pillars of a successful production house are respect for people, timeliness, and rigorous planning. He is still pursuing his desire to make stories and work with other storytellers while holding the position of Creative Producer-Fiction at Colesceum Media.
