Tahir Husain had found Rabia Amin, an abandoned Christian girl from Agra, in Dehradun. She received sanctuary at his house in Bombay when he took her there. Rabia had been tutored by Husain's wife Zeenat, who also helped her alter her name and her religion. Jiah Nafisa Khan, a famous actress in Bollywood, is her daughter. Indian actress Rabia Amin is renowned for her roles in the films Locket (1986), Ankush (1986), and Geraftaar (1985). Amin played alongside Raj Babbar in "Dulha Bikta Hai" and also co-starred with Anil Kapoor in "Ankur" and "Meri Jung" by Subhash Ghai. Ali Rizvi Khan, an NRI with US roots, and Amin were married. Jiah's parents divorced when she was three months old.
